As a sole trader, I am the data controller responsible for the personal data described below, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese data protection law.

2. What personal data I collect

  • Contact form: name, email address, and the content of your message.
  • Browsing data: technical and analytics information collected via Google Analytics.
  • Advertising interaction data: collected via Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), when you arrive from those platforms or interact with adverts.

I do not collect any special category data (e.g. health, religion) and do not knowingly collect data from children.

4. Who I share data with

  • Website hosting provider.
  • Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) — browsing data; may be transferred to servers outside the EU/EEA under Google’s standard contractual clauses.
  • Meta/Facebook Ireland Ltd. — advertising interaction data via Meta Pixel; subject to Meta’s data policies.

I do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. How long I keep your data

  • Contact/enquiry data: for as long as needed to respond to your request and, if a project proceeds, for the duration of the contract plus the legal retention period for accounting/tax records (currently 10 years in Portugal).
  • Analytics and advertising data: per Google Analytics’ and Meta’s default retention settings (typically 14 months to 2 years).
